Gillette RBS 6 Nations International Tickets Terms and Conditions

Draw closes on 12th March 2008 at 12pm. Terms and Conditions apply. Promotion open to UK to ROI residents over 18 only.

1. The promotion is open to all United Kingdom and ROI residents, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or its affiliates, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.

2. For the chance to win a pair of tickets to England vs Ireland in the RBS 6 Nations Championship go to http://rugbytickets.mygillette.co.uk, and enter your details in the fields provided. Only one entry permitted per person. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted. The draw is free to enter and there is no purchase necessary.

3. The winners will be drawn on the Wednesday 12th March at 12.30pm by a person independent of the promoter. If you win you will be notified by phone between 1pm and 3pm that you have won and what you will need to do to claim your prize. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted in that time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

4. The prizes available are:
2 x pairs of tickets to England Vs Ireland on Saturday 15th March at Twickenham Stadium, London
No accommodation or travel is included in the prize. All expenses associated with the prize must be paid by the winner and the winner’s guest.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered. Proof of sending does not constitute receipt. The Promoter will not be liable for a person not being able to enter the promotion due to system failures, network error, site being down, hacks on the system or personal computer issues.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant in the event that the Promoter has grounds for believing that the entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions of entry. For the avoidance of all doubt, where the winner’s disqualified, the Guest nominated by the disqualified winner will not be entitled to the prize either.

7. The winners of the RBS 6 Nations tickets on each occasion and Guest may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of all terms and conditions of this promotion.

8. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. The stated prize cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. No cash alternatives will be offered. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.

10. The prize is subject to all terms and conditions of the prize supplier.

11. The winners of the RBS 6 Nations tickets and Guests may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize and by entering this promotion entrants acknowledge that they may be used in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the winner’s and the Guest’s names, likenesses, voices, photographs or video footage, any statement made relating to the promotion and the prize and any biographical information provided by the winners and the Guests in relation to the prize.

12. To the fullest extent permissible in law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners of any prize and the Guests, for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise arising out of or in connection with this promotion and the prize. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any or all of its obligations to the winners of a prize and the Guests under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including without limitation cancellations, disruptions, delays, changes, diversions or substitutions howsoever arising, including without limitation, war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, accidents, fire, floods or other natural disasters, strikes or civil commotions and the winners of the RBS 6 Nations tickets and their Guests will be solely liable for any additional costs arising as result of such events. While the Promoter has made reasonable enquiries to ensure that the prize will be enjoyable and entertaining, the Promoter does not guarantee, warrant nor represent the suitability or quality of the prize and shall not be responsible for any activities undertaken in the course of the prize.

13. All personal data collected during participation in this promotion will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Policy set out on www.mygillette.co.uk.

14. The name and county of the prize winners will be available by sending a SAE to: mygillette.co.uk RBS 6 Nations Competition, Haygarth House, 28-31 High Street, Wimbledon Village, London SW19 5BY after 19th March 2008.
